These Terms of Service govern your use of the ProSaaS website and services. By accessing or using the site or services you agree to these terms.
2. What the Service Includes
ProSaaS provides a CRM platform that includes WhatsApp automation and a real-time voice bot, automations, data management and activity logging, according to the plan selected and the personal customisations agreed upon.
3. Personal Customisations
All plans allow personal customisations to suit the customer and business type. The scope of customisations and timelines may vary according to need. Personal customisations and special development work may be subject to an additional fee according to the scope.
4. Payment and Outgoing Calls
Payment is monthly according to the selected plan. Outgoing calls are not included in the base plan and are charged at an additional price* in accordance with volumes and needs.
5. Availability and Changes
We strive to ensure high availability, but planned maintenance or upgrades may occur. We will notify you in advance where possible.
6. Permitted Use and Prohibitions
You may not use the service for illegal purposes, spam, attacks, or harm to third parties. We reserve the right to restrict or suspend access in the event of a violation.
